Collection & Purpose: SSSR  may collect and process members’ name, contact details and other necessary membership information solely for maintaining membership records, family database, administration, communication, community activities and operation, maintenance and security of the SSSR Member Portal if applicable. Member Directory( If Applicable ) : The Portal/Website/Database is a closed, access-controlled with the member’s consent, their name and contact details may be visible to other authenticated SSSR members for genuine member/community communication. Members shall not copy, scrape, publish, disclose, misuse, commercially exploit or use another member’s information for unauthorised marketing, solicitation, harassment, unlawful purposes or disclosure to unauthorised persons. Use & Disclosure: SSSR does not sell or commercially exploit its member database. Personal data may be processed or shared with authorised service/technology providers where reasonably necessary for operating, maintaining or securing SSSR services, or where consented to, required or permitted under applicable law. Security & Member Responsibility: SSSR will take reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for the lawful and authorised use of information accessible through the Portal. Any suspected unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse should be promptly reported to SSSR at Contact@shrishirdisairasoi.sbs Retention, Rights & Breach: SSSR will retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law. Subject to applicable law, members may seek correction/updating or erasure of their data, withdraw consent or raise a grievance. In the event of a personal-data breach, SSSR will take appropriate remedial and notification measures as required under applicable law.
